It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
I wish I could capture the smell of cinnamon sticks and pine wafting through the air. Alas, here is our house decorated in anticipation of the season. (I’m joining the Hooked on Holidays House Tours Party, so go see more decorated-for-Christmas houses, if you like that kind of thing. I do.)

Lovely decor and such a beautiful tree!
Hope to see you next week for the Holly Bloggy Christmas Bash!
Your Christmas tree is exactly the way that my mother decorates hers. I got all warm and bubbly inside when I saw it.
Where did you get that cute little tree in the burlap bag? I love it.

I love the way you have your garland lit going up the stairs.
Great photos…love the dim/Christmas lights-only feel! Visiting from Julia’s party.
love it!
I’m impressed at how well it all goes together. As much as I love design- Christmas is the one time I let it all fly out the window. I’m too attached to a multitude of childhood decorations & whatnot. To make it all coordinate would be to edit some out & I just couldn’t stand it lol
looks stunning!
Really beautiful. I am rarely brought to tears looking at other’s homes but I was yours. There is such a peace and simplicity and beauty about it all. Nice job.
it all looks so warm & cozy. AND beautiful. love your mantel & the lighted garland over the mirror. i bet there are also some good meal served up on that dining room table.
happy weekend!
kellIE!!!! how ’bout that!!!!
Simply magical! where did you get that beautiful garland? It looks gorgeous going up your stairs- and on your mantle. I’m impressed!
Looks lovely Kellie!
Your home is so serenely beautiful that my jaw dropped during the tour. I wish I could be a guest in your home. It is THAT wonderful.
